1. What Nearla does

Nearla is a personal relationship reminder tool. It helps you keep track of when you last contacted people you care about and suggests message openers using AI.

2. Your account and PIN

You may sign in using email or Google. You are responsible for keeping your device and PIN secure. Do not share your PIN with others.

3. AI-generated content

Draft messages are generated by artificial intelligence. They are suggestions only. You must review every draft before sending it. Nearla is not responsible for the content of messages you choose to send.

4. Acceptable use

Use Nearla only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not use it to harass, spam, or send harmful content to others.

5. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the app at any time. If you do not agree to the updated terms, stop using Nearla.
